Recast UI is a collection of accessible, themeable, reusable, and composable React + Tailwind components. It aims to make it easy to create performant white-label websites and apps. Although it is still under heavy development and not yet ready for production use, it offers over 40 well-designed React Tailwind components with automatic dark mode and support for theming.
