React Native Template Rocketseat Advanced

Template avançada para aplicações React Native com a estrutura utilizada na Rocketseat 🚀

This project aims to create a template that can be used when creating React Native projects. It simplifies the installation and configuration process of libraries at the beginning of a project, reducing complexity and potential errors.

  • React Native: A framework for developing mobile applications using JavaScript and React.
  • Redux: A predictable state container for JavaScript applications, allowing consistent behavior across different environments.
  • Redux Saga: A library for managing application side effects, making them easier to handle, test, and execute efficiently.
  • React Navigation: A navigation library for React Native, providing an easy-to-use and JavaScript-based solution.
  • React Native Gesture Handler: A declarative API for handling touch and gesture in React Native.
  • Axios: A Promise-based HTTP client for making requests in browser and NodeJS.
  • Prop Types: Runtime type checking for React props and similar objects.
  • Reactotron: A desktop app for debugging React and React Native projects, available for macOS, Linux, and Windows.

To install this template, follow these steps:

  1. Install React Native, Redux, and Redux Saga.
  2. Install React Navigation, React Native Gesture Handler, and Axios.
  3. Install Prop Types, Reactotron, and their respective plugins.
  4. Configure Babel and ESLint.

This template simplifies the process of setting up a React Native project by providing pre-configured libraries and tools. It includes React Native, Redux, Redux Saga, React Navigation, React Native Gesture Handler, Axios, Prop Types, and Reactotron. By using this template, developers can save time and avoid potential errors during the project setup.

React Native

React Native is a framework for building mobile applications using React and JavaScript. It enables developers to write once and deploy to multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and the web, while providing a native app-like experience to users.

Templates & Themes

A template or theme refers to a pre-designed layout or structure that provides a basic framework for building a specific type of application or website. It typically includes good design, placeholder content and functional features, allowing developers to customize and fill in the details according to their specific needs.

ESLint is a linter for JavaScript that analyzes code to detect and report on potential problems and errors, as well as enforce consistent code style and best practices, helping developers to write cleaner, more maintainable code.

Redux is a state management library for JavaScript apps that provides a predictable and centralized way to manage application state. It enables developers to write actions and reducers that update the state in response to user interactions, server responses, and other events, and can be used with a variety of front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
