SOMADHAN is an issue tracking service system that allows administrators to create accounts and manage issues. It also provides a chat system for direct communication between administrators and users. This live website provides an authentication system where both users and admins can create individual accounts. Users can log in using their email and password or through Google login.

• Admin Features

  • All Issues Analytics: Admins can view an overview pie chart of all the currently assigned issues.
  • Open Issues Management: Admins can view and handle all open issues. They can transfer issues from the open issue section to the active issue section, indicating that the admin is currently working on the issue. This section also allows direct communication between admins and users.
  • Active Issues Management: Admins can view and communicate with users who created active issues through the chat system. They can mark issues as resolved, moving them to the resolved section.
  • Resolved Issues Management: This section displays all resolved issues for the admin to review.

• User Features

  • Create Issue: Users can create new issues under an admin account. These issues will appear in the open issue section of the admin's dashboard.
  • Open Issues Management: Users can view all open issues they have created in this section.
  • Active Issues Management: Users can view and directly communicate with the assigned admin while the issue is active.
  • Resolved Issues Management: This section displays all resolved issues for the user.
