The Jekyll Theme Nixer is a minimalistic, single-author theme optimized for fast build speeds. It is designed to display only the content of posts and a list of posts, with no additional features such as pages, authors, dates, categories, or tags. It is intended for users who primarily receive traffic from search engines and do not use RSS feeds or social media for content consumption. The theme also includes limited features such as dark mode and custom error pages. The installation can be done either through Gem or using a remote theme.

Features:

  • Limited Features: The theme includes a dark mode, posts without backlinks to the homepage, no pages except custom error pages, no visible authors, dates, categories, or tags on posts and pages, no header or footer, no pagination for the home page, no feed.xml, and a sitemap.xml for search engine indexing.
