It is open-source and comes with features like Netlify CMS, read-only API, and badges from shields.io. It is completely free to use with Netlify hosting. cState is focused on providing a fast and adaptable design, with support for multiple languages and easy customization options. It is meant to serve as an informational hub for recording incidents, although it does not offer automatic monitoring out of the box.
