Support desk app with Remix 2 + React 18 + Prisma 5 + MongoDB Atlas. IMPORTANT NOTE: ReachUI is a library that is not maintained anymore. Vercel does not succeed at providing the leagcy-peer deps, that's why the last deployment failed but the previous succeeded deployment is still in production.

Overview:

Remix Support Desk is a platform designed for the technical team and employees of a company. It provides a platform for IT administrators to supervise daily support tasks, receive tickets, send notes, and manage employee profiles. On the other side, employees can use the platform to send tickets, receive and respond to notes, and manage their own profiles.

  • App: Built with Remix, React, Node, ESLint, TypeScript, and Vercel.
  • Router: Uses React-router-dom V6 for navigation.
  • Authorizations: Includes protected routes for IT administrators.
  • CRUD Operations: Supports creating, reading, updating, and deleting tickets, notes, and profiles.
  • Fully Responsive: The platform is designed to be mobile and desktop-friendly.
  • Sticky Navigation Bar: Provides a persistent navigation bar for easy access to different sections.
  • Search Component: Offers a search feature for finding specific tickets or notes.
