Hyperdraft is a tool that allows users to organize their thoughts and ideas using text notes and easily convert them into a website. Inspired by Notational Velocity, it offers a simple and efficient way to network ideas using a double-bracket syntax. Whether it's for brainstorming, journaling, or creating to-do lists, Hyperdraft provides a user-friendly platform. The project architecture follows a Universal folder structure and utilizes Svelte and Rollup for module and function integration. Additionally, Node.js is used for routing, rendering markdown content, and serving pages.

Installation

To install Hyperdraft, follow these steps:

  1. Install Node.js and npm.
  2. Clone the Hyperdraft project repository.
  3. Open the terminal and navigate to the project directory.
  4. Run the following command to install dependencies:
    npm install
    
  5. Create an .env file if one doesn't exist. If you encounter any errors related to this file, refer to the missing variables in .env-sample.
  6. Start the Rollup process to build and reload the project automatically.
  7. Start the Node.js server to view the website in the browser. It should be accessible at http://localhost:3000.
